Bagging Colorado's mountain passes on a bicycle is a pastime similar to hiking/climbing Colorado's 14,000 foot peaks.

On Trail Ridge Road above the 11,500 foot tree line and before the corn snow blizzard on the summit at 12,183 feet; note my change of clothing - it got cold.
